A lint-free wiper fix for a pharmaceutical autoclave area
A large pharmaceutical and nutrition manufacturer in West Java found fibres coming off its wipers and landing in its autoclave area. We proposed a high-quality microfibre wiper to stop it.

The problem
The site runs an autoclave facility where cleanliness has to hold from one cycle to the next. Operators wiped doors, chambers, trolleys and surrounding surfaces many times a shift.
The wipers in use were shedding loose fibres. Fibres turned up on wiped surfaces and near loads, and the team had to stop, re-clean and investigate. Every fibre was one more possible contaminant, and one more deviation to explain.
The quality team asked us for a replacement that would clean well, stand up to the routine and leave nothing behind.
From the first visit to the finished product
Find the cause
We looked at the wipers in use. Cut-edge wipers with loose yarns release fibres every time they are folded and rubbed.
Match the need
The job needed a wiper that stays whole under repeated wiping, holds liquid and does not lint. A knitted microfibre with a sealed border suits that.
Trial it
We supplied samples of a high-quality microfibre wiper for the team to try on the same surfaces, side by side with the old wiper.
Agree the supply
Once the team approved the wiper, we set up regular supply with documents for the quality file.
